College or other adult groups of 10 or more people can schedule a tour by making a reservation at least three weeks in advance. Tours can be given as a walking-only tour, or on the tour bus with visitors getting off the bus at each stop in the village.
Tours can be designed to include any of the following: entrance into the exhibit hall, a 17-minute orientation video about the village and its history, and a guided tour of the village, including entrance into several community buildings and homes. Guided tours last approximately 1 ½ hours. Admission for adult group tours is $9 per person. Call 570-636-2070 to make a reservation.
Please note: Not all buildings in the village are handicap accessible.
If you have a group that is unable to come on site for a tour, you may be interested in having a program come to you. For more information, see The Traveling Trunk Page or call (570) 636 -2070 and ask about the Traveling Trunk.
