Not only will you get knead-deep in some delicious dough, but you’ll learn about its versatility, about the way it was done in a patch town, and how you too can enjoy the many benefits of making your own.  

Bread was not only a staple in the patch town kitchen, it was a lifeline. Join us for this interactive, history-filled workshop where you’ll not only learn about the versatility of a single dough, but you’ll leave with enough dough for a loaf of bread, 4 cinnamon rolls, and a braided, savory garlic and cheese loaf.
